Mount Kilimanjaro

I’m writing this whilst waiting for Kelty and Taran who have disappeared with two men I’ve never seen before at Kilimanjaro aiport after receiving a phone call.  I was told it was a secret but it’s now been over 45 mins waiting.   Maybe I’m on my own from here.. 

We had our last night in the Serengeti and now (hopefully) are on our way to the Usambaras.  Our chef had a road accident last night whilst he was hurrying back with fish for our dinner.  The fish arrived on our plate but the chef ended up in hospital.   He’s ok but as Kelty pointed out its all about the clients out here.  We would have been fine with leftovers. 

A long 7 hour drive today but the highlight was seeing Mount Kilimanjaro emerge from amongst the clouds as we drove through Moshi.
